Since last year, Kat has been collaborating with bass Andrew Munn and pianist Jacob Greenberg on postWinterreise, a recomposition of Schubert’s Winterreise, a duet between Schubert’s Winterreise and an evolving soundscape of our changing climate, ecology, and society. Kat and Andrew are currently taking part in a two week residency at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel, Waterloo, to further develop the work. They will be joined for one week by new team member, pianist Marlene Heiss.
The team are looking forward to sharing draft excerpts from the piece on 5th July at 4pm and 8pm in the Chapel recital hall.
